生年不明〜寛永十八年（1641）
中山玄蕃朝正の子。七左衛門。父とは別に千石を給されており、家督を継いだのちは最上家重臣に列した。最上家改易後は、武功の名あるをもって幕府に召し出され、福山藩阿部家に仕えて家老の職を務めた。
