こおどり庵（��0238-20-5737）の米粉のバームクーヘン。
気にはなりつつ、なかなか機会がなくてこの度初めていただきました。
珍しい玄米から。
フワフワのバームクーヘンです。
お焦げに似た香ばしさが口に広がります。
