田沢湖地ビールと一緒に秋田ポークのしゃぶしゃぶコースをいただきました。
スタンダードなコースなので、秋田の郷土料理が中心でした。
内陸の雪深い地方特有の料理は何だか山形にも似たような感じでホッとしました。
