今日は、登山の時に 使うストックです。登りの時は 腕の力も借りて 山頂めざし 下りは膝の負担を 軽くしてくれます。これも１０年ぐらい 使っています。自然保護を 考え 石打には ゴムチャプを 付けて 使っています。
