こちらは古代米の稲。
ロビーにさりげなく飾ってみました。
通常の黄金色の稲穂とは違い、黒く色づいているのが特徴。
白米に混ぜて炊くとお赤飯のように赤く色がつきます。
とっても美味しいので機会があったらぜひ食べてみてください♪
